I missed my boat!! But that’s okay, I ended up spending the night on this enchanting island and would have had it any other way. The last boat leaves early around 6pm and I really wanted to go to the temple at the top of Aegina called Temple of Aphaia and take some photos at sunset. It was worth the wait! The pictures turned out amazing. Then I almost missed the last bus, because it also leaves before sunset so decided to hike down the mountain instead of paying for a taxi. It was a beautiful hike. And at the bottom I found a cool beach with rocks you can jump off of. In the small town I had dinner and eat fish which was so good. I absolutely love Greece and want to come back here again! This is one of my favorite countries that I’ve visited! And compared to other European countries it’s very affordable. It has amazing history, clear blue water and sandy beaches. Also most people here speak very good English and are friendly and happy to help you. It was very easy to get around. Although, I will say transportation in Greece tends to show up on it’s own schedule.
