THE GINGERBREAD RECIPE
1 tablespoons ground ginger
50g coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Mix flour and ginger together in a bowl.
Melt sugar, butter and honey in a saucepan and then add the bicarbonate of soda to the melted mixture.
Add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture and stir in together. Add the egg until you get a dough consistency.
Wrap in clingfilm and chill in fridge for 20 mins.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius and line 2-3 baking trays with baking paper.
Dust work surface with flour and begin to roll out the dough. Using whatever cookie cutters you like making shapes from it!
Place on baking trays and bake for 10 mins.

10 Banded Squats into 10 Barbell Constant Tension Squats
Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats - 8 reps per leg
Sumo Deadlifts - 8 reps
Elevated Reverse Lunges - 8 reps per leg
Hip Thrusts - 8-10 reps
100 walking lunges to finish!
