We cannot recommend our Thai cooking class enough - look no further and book with Thai Farm Cooking in Chiang Mai (http://www.thaifarmcooking.com) and if you’re lucky you’ll have Wass as your teacher. I recommend avoiding these foods that we ate (raw) in Thailand on our cooking course in Chiang Mai. Some of the ingredients you use in soups and curries are there for flavour only, not for consumption… otherwise you might be in for a bitter, spicy, or peppery shock! Don’t make that mistake and ruin your meal!
